Directly to the northwest of it is the Mabe Village Ruins. From there, you’ll see two roads that should meet, but are broken. The final piece of the Fairy Clothes, Tingle’s Tights, are in the Mabe Village Ruins, “the village ruins next to the farmland where many people once gathered.” This one isn’t as obvious to find as the others. Sometimes, you’ll find some white birds standing directly around the chest. You’ll find the treasure chest near some destroyed buildings. You’ll know you’re there when you see a Guardian roaming around exactly where the treasure is. Just west of Hyrule Castle is a small island where Castle Town Prison is, “the ruins where sinners were imprisoned.” On the east side of the island near the road are the ruins you’re looking for.
